The TechnologieZentrumDortmund has become one of the leading institutes in Europe and, like no other, represents the change that has taken place in the Ruhr area.

To further accelerate the economic, cultural, and diverse growth of the city, Dortmund needs its youth and more tech talents. And that’s why we decided to establish TechLabs Dortmund! Our plan for the location is to offer the full Digital Shaper Program. And to make it clear, it doesn't matter whether you‘re studying art, teaching, or engineering and whether you have little or no coding experience. We want to bring people with diverse backgrounds together and create an educational and inspiring journey. During the 6-month program in either Data Science, Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, or UX Design, our community will work on online courses, take part in social events, learn from workshops with our corporate partners, and develop their hands-on coding projects to deepen their digital skills.
